OMA has worked with I-LECs and PTT’s and others to create business units around a “triple play” offering, i.e., voice-data-video services. Typically our work has involved television overbuilds or DBS offerings – but also, expansion of pre-existing services through DVR’s, HD tiers, etc. Our involvement usually starts with a business plan / feasibility document. It contains CapEx estimates, justification strategies, and tactical management including procurement of necessary systems, pricing, competitive studies, marketing materials, sales programs, ad sales programs, retransmission consents, channel contract and lineups with tier strategies. In a case where the plan is already completed, we can augment your implementation team as needed.
